Inflation Is The New Thing

I am sure everybody enjoyed thier CNY as I did. The food was awesome, the tid bits was good and the gambling was ok-ok .The relatives whom I know suddenly increase the family population by appearing with babies (note the 's'). The house starts getting noisy when you fill them with 10-15 people plus kids .Can die weii....I guess this is the consequences of having a big family.

I am damn freaking jeolous of my hometown.Last year, they had this slow computer which uses windows 95 and a dial up connection. So I had to endure the pain of waiting patiently to go online.Then, all of a sudden, they magically appeared with a laptop which runs on windows vista with wireless connection. Dammit, it owns my computer hands down. =(!


I guess everything seems to change alot, including ang paos. My ang paos is gradually decreasing every year. Inflation perhaps. I still remember I used to look forward for ang paos as they be your Ah Long with no interest. All you have to do is just say the magic word 'Gong Xi Fa Cai Ang Pao Na Lai'. I assume that this ang pao tradition will elope within the next 50 years.
